Phanor is an early-stage project led by François Mawutô Aboudou ZINSOU in Cotonou, Benin. This page explains, in plain words, what we do with the information you send us.

What we collect

Only what you type in the early-access form: your full name, your business name, your email or phone number, and, if you fill them in, your role, your main operational challenge and a recent incident. We also record your language, the time of your request and your consent.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.

Why

To contact you about your request and to propose a first conversation about an operational diagnostic. Your consent is the basis for this. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for anything else.

Where it goes

The website is hosted by Vercel. Your request is then written to a private Google Sheet through Google Apps Script, so it is processed on Google's infrastructure. Only the person running Phanor can open that sheet.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation also goes through WhatsApp (Meta).

Cookies

One functional cookie, named lang, remembers whether you chose English or French. It contains no personal information.

How long

We keep your request while our conversation is active, and we delete it when you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us on WhatsApp and we will act on it.

Changes

This is an early version for an early project. If it changes in a way that matters, the date above changes too.
